Hi Jacques,
Resources are there so you can see prompts and other text in a language of your
choosing, isn't that right? What's the point of having only three localised
strings for Frisian? If anyone ever chose the language, they would not get
anything useful. I suggest removing them because three is of no practical use,
and unlike zero may give the impression that OFBiz has been localized for
Frisian when in fact it has not.
What am I missing? How are they useful?
