Hello and thanks for the tip. And apologies for the wording. Last
functional change on the services classes in accounting.payment.thirdparty
seems to date from early 2010.
It seems really really outdated.
Either no-one is using PayPal any more, at least not recently, or people
have their secrets ;-)

I'll open a new JIRA to describe issue and the solution I have in mind and
make the above JIRA a dependant child of it to avoid confusion.
