I recently crossed an issue because external systems were up to data but OFBIz
was not. I subscribed to 3166 newsletter, in order to follow updates and update
OFBiz accordingly. So this issue should never be closed.
I see no reasons to not backport the updates.
There are maybe other areas we should monitor. I will have a look a it.
