Actually this testSOAPSimpleService error and the fails are not related to my
changes. When you run tests on R12.04 *AND SIMULTANEOUSLY* R13.07 by changing
the 8080, 8443 and 1099 ports on each instance you reproduce the same.
So my desire to run many test instances on Builbot is impeded. It's more
complicated than I thought
