Jacques Le Roux closed OFBIZ-5263.

OK great news, after a small change in the OFBIz Buildbot confing (I simply
added an interlock), I committed in
R12.04 at r1533179
R1.04 at r1533180
and at exactly the same time. The interlock prevented ports conflicts by
serialising the test parts in both instances (logicall R11.4 ended 4 mins
before, less code)
So I will commit OFBIZ-4794 but it will not be used for running several Builbot
instances at the same time... pfew...
