Here is an updated patch after Adrian's change at r15355262. I have not checked
details so please check if it's still accurate.
Note: I'm not quite sure yet, but it could be that
OfbizCatalogAltUrlTransform.java and OfbizCatalogUrlTransform.java will be
deprecated if the new SEO branch (OFBIZ-5312) is merged...
