[~jacques.le.roux] As stated in email, I faced this issue in trunk as well as 
in R12.04. Refer to Atul and Sharan reply on this email, this is not the issue 
with ofbiz. If user picks up a time/date, this issue does not appear. However 
if we default this value to now, then this issue will never appear.
