If Pierre who (I guess) lives and was born in Netherlands agrees about removing
Frysian language and nobody from Netherlands is against then why not remove it
and close indeed? We can't discuss such moot points for years :D Action is
needed!
Also I don't remember clearly but it seems we checked the other cases and all
the rest is fine.
