This is due to the internal ant being 1.9.0, and the external ant being something else. I removed the ant 1.8.1 contrib, because it wouldn't work with the internal 1.9.0 ant anyways. And now external ant is broken.

The fix, is to either update the external ant, adding the contrib jars, or, to change how buildbot runs, so it calls the internal ant.

I do not feel that the correct approach is to re-add the incorrectly matched ant versioned jars.
