Steps to recreate:
# load demo data and start ofbiz
# from any screen in the backend, change the timezone to e.g. Alaska Daylight
Time
# go to
https://localhost:8443/partymgr/control/EditUserLoginSecurityGroups?userLoginId=AcctBuyer
# press the "Remove" button
