"framework-translation-zh-TW2.patch" contains your REAL changes (expurged from 
dash to underscore changes)

There are 208 "false" changes (not related to zh-TW translation) though most 
are simply white spaces removed at end of lines. We need to check it's only 
that (I saw some other cases). For the rest I can't judge your Chinese changes

I also attach a "framework-translation-NOT-zh-TW.patch" which contains the 
NOT-zh-TW changes (with lines numbers in "framework-translation-zh-TW2.patch" )
