Description:
Following is the comment taken from jira issue OFBIZ-5436.
Tried to regenerate this issue but issue didn't seems to reappear.
Step followed:-
1) Created a new order for DemoCustCompany
2) Added GC-001 to the Cart
3) Selected a style and amount and click "Add to Cart"
4) Clicked the "Submit" button without entering any information in the survey
fields.
Here redirected to order entry page which was showing validation error having
message:-
The question Sender's Name: requires a response.
The question Recipient's Name: requires a response.
The question Recipient's Email: requires a response

In Jira better to use OFBIZ-5436 than
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-5436. With the 1st form you can
follow the status (closed or not)
