-1, given the controversy about this release and the components included in the Special Purpose stack.
The discussion started before the freeze of 13.07.01 and many community members (even PMC members) were against the exclusion of a lot of components. That discussion didn't result in a consensus. Yet Jacopo (as the one responsible for managing the release) didn't follow through, didn't solicit the advice of the community and singlehandedly excluded all but the e-commerce component in the 13.07.01 freeze.
