have now been resent.

SVM commit e-mails might have been lost, nor that it is possible for
Infra to regenerate them.
So surely this is something that should be part of the recovery from

As far as I can tell, these have not yet been regenerated.
The e-mails are vital for project oversight, so please can the missing
ones be identified and recreated?
And please can this aspect of SVN recovery be included in any future
such events (SVN e-mails were lost once before).
