I was asked to evaluate JRebel for a team of developers working on a project based on OFbiz 10.04. According to JRebel support it doesn't work because of custom class loaders that are needed.
They wanted to know if there have been changes since the version I'm working with, I'm guessing they are more interested in providing a solution for the current version of OFbiz. I thought the developer list where most likely to have an answer.
