This patch adds the InventoryItemDetail.inventoryTransferId field and modifies
prepareInventoryTransfer and completeInventoryTransfer functionality to pass
the inventoryTransferId to the InventoryItemDetail creation service.
prepareInventoryTransfer actually had this line for when splits occur due to
transfers:
TODO: how do we get this here: "inventoryTransferId", inventoryTransferId
