Quick resolution but more to compote than commit.
We are a problem with header row open and row open that create incompatible
sequence on some case like

<fo:table-cell><fo:table-cell

I didn't found any genius idea to resolve it. I solve with a dirty solution by
post parsing.
I see also that the pdfbox.jar is not good for the tika verison present. I will
update it in another issue
