Since OFBIZ-1945 is incomplete and the changes introduced by r745257 not yet
used, I think we can safely revert r745257 if it fixes the issue (but report in
OFBIZ-1945 of course!). I tested the revert and there are a lot of conflicts to
be resolved, though they seem easy to resolve.
