OK, to prevent future confusion I put all "Release Branch AA.MM" version as released (even Release Branch 15.12) so committers will intuitively know
what to use from the Unreleased Versions" in Jira when filling the "Fix Version/s" field
I did so for other WIP branches like Bootstrap theme and Jackrabbit.
In other words only pick corresponding versions in "Unreleased Versions" in Jira when filling the "Fix Version/s" field. I will explain that in the
Jira?html page I want to create on the site.

It was easy to backport to R13.07 so I did at r1725013
Deepak, it's wrong to set an unreleased versions in the "Fix Version/s" fields. Only "Upcoming
branch" (instead of "Release Branch 15.12" as you did) can be used (like we don't use trunk
also) ;)
