For the point
1. Generation and use of skeletons and static stubs for JRMP is deprecated. (in
service)
It's due to Java 8 and is explained here:
https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/api/java/rmi/server/UnicastRemoteObject.html
If nobody beats me on it *(please do)*, I'll see later...
