As of now the 'Actual Material Cost' over Actual Cost tab for any production 
run just shown as weighted sums up of the issued inventory's cost. 

We could allow it to account for returned items as well by deducting weighted 
sum of returned inventory's cost from the weighted sum of issued inventory's 
cost.
