Attaching patch that fixes this issue by removing deprecated FTL builtin ?html.
Additionally, I have overridden IN attribute question in
create/updateSurveyQuestion service to allow-html="any". It can possibly a
purposeful question preparation by user for the survey which contains special
characters like <, >, !. Not allowing the user to enter any of these is
actually limiting the usage.
Please review the patch and let me know your thoughts. If all looks good I will
go ahead and commit the patch.
