Hi Deepak,
Thanks for your comment. As mentioned in my earlier comment it's quite
purposeful to allow Survey Manager to add questions with special characters
like <, >, ! in questions as a survey question may require it. E.g. Question
can be like- 87 > 89?
In the current situation, a user won't be able to add a question like this to
the Survey. So basically it's the need/requirement to allow-html.
