Thanks everyone for communication, indeed a debatable topic for bug or
improvement ;-)
But as [~soledad] said, was in Log4j (release12.04) and broken with Log4j2
(because of new log pattern) (versions after release12.04) thus I considered it
as Bug.
Also, thanks [~pandeypranay] for backporting.
