I was ready to commit your patch but stumbled about 2 points:
# Are we sure that the changes in Simple.fo.ftl are general enough? I mean did
you check that they will not appear in inopportune places?

at CommonScreens.xml\[491\], the XSD seems OK...I'll check that...
