Thanks Taher, I did not get the time to read much of the excellent Gradle
documentation, having to follow and answer to a lot of related Jira issues. I
believe we are a bit sidetracked, with indeed issue like this one!
I think, after a current global review on existing Gradle Jira issues, I'll
more focus on documentation (both read and write) and [my "own" Gradle
