You can run a query in Jira from this screen:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-9121?jql=project%20%3D%20OFBIZ%20AND%20fixVersion%20%3D%2016.11.01

with the following constraints:

project = OFBIZ AND fixVersion = 16.11.01 and component = framework

The above will select the changes in the framework component.
