Thanks for cleaning up some of those strange characters in the templates. (That 
would have been my next task!)

I'm going to use https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-7792 as the main 
Jira for the website. If necessary we can also create subtasks and link them 
back to the main one for tracking.
