Jira; when backporting no needs to put also "Upcoming Release"

Hi Jacopo,

IIRW you suggested some months ago that when backporting there are no needs to put also "Upcoming Release" in Jira fixed version field. It's implied, 
right?

I changed that accordingly, please check
