I merged the changes into the master.
Currently I would keep this issue open for adding integration tests and
implementing correct {{ContextURL}} according to [specification|
http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata-json-format/v4.0/os/odata-json-format-v4.0-os.html#_Toc372793077].
Otherwise it would be better to open a new issue for {{ContextURL}}, WDYT?
