Fix handling of edmx:reference in
{{MetadataDocumentXmlSerializer.appendReference(...)}}.
Currently the {{URI}} is hard coded.
* It has to be checked how the {{edmx:reference}} information (like {{URI}})
can be passed to the {{MetadataDocumentXmlSerializer}}.
* The serialization has to be fixed
