Description:
Suppose we have parent entity Issue and child entity IssueRating. If we filter
the response based on the attributes of IssueRating then it is not working.
For ex:
/Issues?$expand=IssueRatingDetails&$filter=IssueRatingDetails/RatingAgency
eq'Moodys'
was:
