I forgot to mention that there is a cyclic dependency between server-api and
server-core.
The instantiation of the default ODataImpl should be done differently so that
server-api does not need a back reference to server-core. I was wondering why
this server-core's class name is hardcoded in server-api's OData.
For this reason, I am not using OData.newInstance() in my OSGi sample.
