Replace use of {{org.apache.commons.io.IOUtils}} in
{{org.apache.olingo.server.core.debug.DebugTabBody}}.
Within {{server-core}} this is the only class for which the {{commons.io}}
dependency is necessary and hence this could/should be replace.
