I found these annotation terms available in their latest copy at SVN =>
https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/odata/trunk/spec/vocabularies/Org.OData.Core.V1.xml
probably this is still in draft state and could be made public with OData 4.01
specs
I am thinking we should wait until then, let me know your opinion
