Description: EntityResponse class while building the location for string
key always passes true for the isUnicode argument of valueToString. It should
look at the property instead. (was: EntityResponse class while building the
location for non string key types not utilizing the facets correctly.)
Summary: EntityResponse's location building doesn't check for unicode
strings (was: EntityResponse's location building doesn't work for unicode
strings)
