Description:
Currently "server-core-ext" module defines a MetadataParser class to parse a
XML CSDL for a defining the Service. If a developer would like to define their
metadata in JSON format there is currently no way parse that document.
Note this is different from the parser in the client side which is used for
document that is served from the server.
