Summary: Olingo V2 Library doesn't support references to OData
v4.0 metadata from v2.0 metedata

SAP S/4 HANA APIs follows OData v2, But the references which v2.0 metadata
contains are of OData v4.0 metadata files.
Olingo v2 libraries does not provide required implementations for such case.
For details refer attached file where API_PRODUCT_SRV is v2.0 metadata file
which contains reference to Aggregation, Capabilities, Common, Communication
which are v4.0 metadata files.
