When there are 2 entities with navigation properties as below

<EntityType Name="Orders">

<Property Name="netAmount" Type="Edm.Decimal" Scale="0" Precision="5"/>

Then the url of the form Orders(<ID>)/items(<ID>) does not work. The error
obtained is "The key value is not valid.".
