links to the KEYS file at:
http://apache.org/dist/olingo/KEYS
The link must use https.
Ideally change the link to the following, as that is where the link will be
redirected:
https://downloads.apache.org/olingo/KEYS
Also, a minor point: using 'here' for link text says nothing about the target
of the link, so can cause issues for screen readers. Ideally the link text
should be 'KEYS'.
