The Odata4 CI builds are broken since 3 months now:

I recommend to use a Jenkinsfile. If you give me the configuration of the
current build job I create a Jenkinsfile and supply a patch.
Even better would be to allow feature branches in the project instead of making
contributions hard to check because of a missing CI build for branches.
