Since the initial commit is almost feature complete according to OData 2.0 I 
think we can go for 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT. BTW: The missing feature is Conditional 
Handling.

0.0.0 is a version marker for initial code and I assume we never produce a
version 0.0.0. 

If we start working on the code (I am still waiting for my user) and
prepare it for a 1st release then I suggest to go for a 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.
