(sending twice, seems like ezmlm is a bit slow. My apologies if this mail comes
twice)

Hi,

we are currently evaluating whether OData is a suitable technology to build one
of our platforms on. A friend at SAP pointed me to your project saying the that
this is going to be the most active project for OData libraries in java.

However, after a brief look on the webpage it looks like that Olingo is
currently in its infancy. The documentation is low, website falls short on any
details and examples. But maybe I missed some existing parts?

The project needs to show an early prototype in a month. So the most important
question to me are:
* How usable is Olingo?
* Given the restricted timeframe, am I better off with pure JAX-RS ATM?
* How much pain is it to build something like a, say, blog platform which OData
(with posts, comments, ratings, votes, user profiles etc.)?

Thanks for your personal judgement
Marcel
