As a Proof of Concept create an {{JpaDataStore}} which is used from the
{{AnnotationInMemoryDs}}.
The idea is just to extract a {{DataStore}} interface and implement it with use
of JPA/EntityManager as backend (instead of the {{HashMap}}).
