- We start a voting on mailing list where community can accept contribution. - We do the same for new committers on private list, which is not public. After vote and after getting an approval of your software grant from the Apache secretary we can continue to checkin source code to the git repository. For the javascript code I think we have a common understanding to request a new repository, right? With the acceptance of the vote new committers should get their Apache user id and with that access to all project resources.
