Hi Eugenio,
The RC03 is a release candidate which means once it has passed the voting on
the incubator list we can release a 1.1.0 version. This will hopefully be
during the next week.
Meanwhile if you want to have a look at the sources you can find them here>
http://people.apache.org/~chrisam/olingo2/1.1.0-RC03/
We will publish the release on the nexus when it is available.
