Yes, that should be possible although we did never test it (feedback welcome
:-). It's recommended to use current snapshot version (or version 1.1.0 as soon
as it is released).
Olingo only makes use of JAX-RS 1.1 features (otherwise it is a bug) and should
run with other implementations.
