Added support for OSGi in
* {{olingo-odata2-api-annotation-incubating}} artifact (in odata2-lib module)
* {{olingo-odata2-annotation-processor-api-incubating}} (in
odata2-annotation-processor module)
* and {{olingo-odata2-annotation-processor-core-incubating}} (in
odata2-annotation-processor module)
and testet it via sample project in an OSGi environment (on a [Virgo
Server|http://www.eclipse.org/virgo/]).
