Assign issue capability missing

Hi guys, as anticipated by Francesco, Massimiliano and I are working on 
the issue (just opened) OLINGO-175.
Btw, currently I cannot assign the issue to anyone (myself included).
Could someone add me and Massimiliano into the dev team for Jira?
