Michael Bolz resolved OLINGO-171.
---------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Improved _annotation-archetype_
({{olingo-odata2-sample-cars-annotation-archetype}} module) to do not use
classes from {{*-core}} modules to generate test data.

The archetype now has a button on its welcome page ({{index.jsp}} which
triggers test data generation. Before this the service has no data at all.

For the here mentioned class loading issue an separate issue OLINGO-177 was
created.

[~pdolezal]: IMHO now it is clear separated. I will also change the
documentation on www.olingo.org.
It would be nice if you could take a look into the archetype and give feedback.

Kind regards,
Michael
